John M Marees II was born in Jacksonville, Florida and is a graduate of The Bolles School. He graduated from the University of Florida in 2006, earning a B.S.B.A. in Finance. While at the University of Florida, John was a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society. In 2009, he earned the degree of Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law. John was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2009 and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida in 2012. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association and Jacksonville Bar Association. John currently serves as a member of the Alumni Board at The Bolles School.

Raymond B Joseph was born in Jacksonville, Florida. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1978 with a BSBA in Finance. He graduated from the University of Florida College of Law in 1981 with a degree of the Juris Doctor. During law school, Raymond was a member of the Moot Court Team as well as the Phi Delta legal fraternity. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1982 and was admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida in 1983.

Michael J Marees was born in Jacksonville, Florida. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1977 with High Honors, receiving a BSBA in Accounting. He graduated from the University of Florida College of Law in 1979 and received the degree of Juris Doctor. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1979 and was admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida in 1980. He was admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit in 1982, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 1986 and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit in 1992.
